I invite you on a culinary journey that celebrates the artistry of vegetables, guided by farmers and the seasons.

Inspired by the purity of the Italian culinary philosophy, I add a ‘Kes-like’ twist to the local produce in whichever country I find myself.

Whether creating just one delicious dish or a multi course dinner, pretty much anything is possible.

In my mid-twenties, living close to the Italian/French border, I tasted a version of the classic spaghetti all’ aglio e pepperoncino. This would prove to be a life changing experience. The flavour and simplicity of the dish blew me away!

I knew right there and then that this is what I wanted to do; to cook and share this wonderful experience with others.

Every dish tells a story, often a personal one and always one of reverence for nature’s bounty and a deep respect for the ingredients that grace our plates.
